Am ales această locație în principal pentru piscina de pe acoperiș, care era prezentată ca una dintre facilitățile principale ale hotelului. Din păcate, în prima seară ni s-a comunicat că piscina nu poate fi folosită deoarece exista un eveniment privat. Personalul ne-a asigurat că a doua zi va fi disponibilă pentru oaspeți. A doua zi am constatat că situația era exact aceeași: accesul la piscină era din nou restricționat din cauza unui alt eveniment privat. Practic, pe toată durata sejurului nu am avut acces la facilitatea pentru care am ales și am plătit această locație. De asemenea, în ziua plecării am ajuns la micul dejun la ora 10:20, iar deși programul se încheia la 10:30 și am explicat că ne este foame, ni s-a refuzat accesul și nu ni s-a oferit nicio alternativă. Camera a fost în regulă, însă experiența generală a fost dezamăgitoare deoarece facilitățile promovate nu au fost disponibile pentru oaspeți, iar flexibilitatea față de clienți a lipsit complet. Recomand managementului să informeze clar clienții înainte de rezervare atunci când piscina sau alte facilități importante sunt rezervate exclusiv pentru evenimente private.
