The room was clean.

The bell at the front gate didn't work. No access to the front desk without calling the property. Nobody to receive and welcome you with check in. I needed some assistance getting into the property after going out and there was nobody to assist. I stood outside in the cold for a very long time until someone came out to smoke and he had to go wake up the guy whom i assume was in charge. The staff was very unfriendly. No check in procedure. The room was clean and neat but the worst room ever. Had a view of water tanks right outside my window. The pumps or something were so loud and it made a noise the whole night. There were all kinds of noises like an alarm beeping and something that sounded like a parrot and We couldn't sleep at all. It smelled like a sewer in that room. There was no warm water in the bathrooms. The water had a brownish colour and tasted like bor water. The plug next to the bed didn't work and it was just an awful stay. Very unprofessional.

I liked the fact that it was close to town, walking distance.

This was one of the most disappointing bookings I've had. I arrived at the place and waited for about 10minutes before someone let me in. I buzzed the bell which wasn't working, I called the number provided on the booking but no one answered. After many tries and almost leaving, then a guy came out. I greeted him but he was not responsive, almost dismissive. He told me to go inside and just let me by the reception area where there was no one without any explanation of the process. I then called and he returned and I told him I had a booked a room here and wanted to check in. He took me to one of the rooms that looked nothing like what I saw on online. The pillows were smelling and the bathroom was not in the best shape. So my partner and I decided to leave.

Location is great . The facilities are good. Thank you for assisting with the keys that I left. Even that process could have been handled better elsewhere.

The service is pathetic. They need to get professional people to run the place. I don't know if it was just the timing but the Malawian guy who could hardly communicate should not be anyway close to the guests. He has no idea and should be assigned to the garden our some other duties. The guy even dared to tell me that I am bothering him when requesting to be let in and out of the premises since he did not provide me with remote. It's sad to see good places been let down by poor management. Please do thorough cleaning of rooms. Wet mats and strains of hairs of strangers are a no-no. You are not doing us a favour when we stay in your establishment - we us customers - treat everyone with respect

Good facilities. Great location

Service is poor. Ran by someone who looks like he was supposed to be in the garden - maybe it's the time I checked in. The guy is rude and uncoothed. Did not provide me with remote and was acting everytime I had to leave the premises. What is with sleeping at the reception - can't you find your staff a bed elsewhere?

I will neverever go there again, it was so bad!!! My niece wanted to shower & there were not any water & the towels were dirty! The house doesn't even look like the pics on booking .com!! We were suppose to sleep there for 1 night, but went to search for a new place to stay!!!!

Die Gastgeber waren nett und die Kommunikation lief problemlos. Leider haben wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen, das auf den Bildern zu sehen war – vermutlich handelt es sich dort um ein Vorzeigezimmer. Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte an einigen Stellen etwas Pflege vertragen können, war aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Der Pool war schön und gepflegt, und innen gibt es eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, die praktisch ist. Leider hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser, was etwas unangenehm war. Insgesamt ein okayes Erlebnis – mit kleineren Abstrichen, aber freundlicher Atmosphäre und vom preislichen echt fair
