Good morning, we did not have the Breakfast, was not aware of the breakfast was included, i think maybe, they can give you more detailed instruction/information, when you arrive and inform the Client, more about the ins and outs, so we can be aware of everything, but other then that We were very happy, and we will surely make use of your service again:):)

I have nothing, to say at the moment, but its a nice place to stay, myself and my family will definite come visit again

I didn't even know the password of the door I had to knock everytime.

The free WiFi and the location of how it was between the airport and Durbanville

On arrival no information was given on how to get access to the property. Stood outside the gate for 15minutes calling a number that just rang and rang with no response for 3 times. Eventually figured out the gate was open and headed for the reception. No one sat at reception to check us in or welcome us. Paint and interior seemed run down and not what the pictures had shown with a dark green swimming pool. Once eventually getting hold of someone to check us in through guests who were already staying there was shown to room and told we didn’t need keys and staff seemed a bit confused and clueless as to why we requested to have keys. Once in the room it was so hot and stuffy, smelt of cigarettes and to top it off the toilet door got jammed so I was stuck in the bathroom for 15minutes trying to get out. No clean towels, towel that were in the bathroom were soaking wet from previous clients. The next morning there was no information about check out. We had to check out early and wasn’t told about what to do with the keys or how to get out the locked gate. With needing to get to the airport had to climb the gate until eventually someone came to let us out at the very last minute.

The place is not bad...just need some upgrades

The place can do with a upgrade....bed was little bit hard,need a microwave and maybe a steam iron

The room was okay and well maintained

There was no chair and wardrobe in the room
