The rooms are outdated for the price range. Some of the wooden floor panels were broken. Everytime to move on the bed the floor makes is loud squeaky sound. The room I got was very bad even had a leaking roof that left a very bad smell. Don’t get me started about the TV with no cancels. I guess someone forgot to pay the DSTV subscription. The breakfast was just as bad. The food was swimming in cooking oil. The garden is neglected they need to do something about it.

It was a lovely stay and the staff were so friendly. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was very good.

The bed was comfortable and the property itself was beautiful.

Advertised that there was a bath in the room, which was a draw card for me, yet there was no bath. Shower smelt like mold. The water pressure was al.ost non existent and was more of a trickle. TV didn't go onto AV, so couldn't watch TV. No information pack as to relative restaurants etc around Dullstroom, which is needed for people who don't know the area at all. Breakfast - limited option (1 option), this is a problem, especially for people who may have egg allergies. Loadshedding torch, wasn't charged and there was no cable to charge it.
