Highland Rose Country House Spa

Never saw the host only the staff that where very helpful and friendly as I had a injured back and could only walk heavy pain Breakfast was good

I battled to walk from car to room and was in heavy pain, luckily my family was able to assist me. My one daughter is also in a wheel chair and it was difficult for her too. Then the showers need handles and something to put soap and cloth etc on. To get to the place road is very bad and difficult to find luckily I have a 4x4

The staff was nice and friendly. The grounds were beautifully kept, and the the proximity to town made commuting effortless. Additionally, I enjoyed the the breakfasts - a great way to start a day.

Our room didn't meet expectations due to: - Noise from adjacent dining area (lack of soundproofing) - Missing essentials (toilet paper) - Faulty bathtub plug - Broken window allowing cold air in - Mold on the bathroom ceiling We hope that our feedback will help address areas for improvement.

The staff were truly delightful. With the exception of one person all the others were friendly and helpful. Rate them 10/10

Our room ! Exceptionally noisy plumbing Broken floorboards which were a trip hazard Hand towel used as a bedside mat and polished wooden floors was just a trip hazard and served no useful purpose The access road was really a challenge

All good, Breakfast could have been warmer for my husband. Would happily come again.

All rooms need a small heater. Fire had gone out by the time we got back from dinner and weren’t able to get it going again, so good to have both.
