There was no soap in the bathroom to take to wash with, and they were guest screaming from 230 till 3:30 in the morning and making a lot of noise

The staff was amazing. Very kind, prompt, available, etc. The staff is doing the best they can. The property management or the owners should invest money to replace the gross carpets, steam clean, fix the pool, maintenance, fire pit, etc. it is run down. The place is in a great location, great size room, etc. smells like urine and terrible due to gross carpet. Staff and cleaning people do the best they can but they can’t replace carpets and old dirty furniture.

"I never wil back sorry very bad experience"

Just the location

The bathroom was broken no soap shampoo or nothing no towels it was a very bad experience we really don’t going back anymore it was something on the beds that bite me it was horrible night. I pay a lot for the very poor quality of the hotel very bad staff and very bad service too.

The fire place Access to the casinos Walking distance to the beach

The water gets everywhere in the bathroom, gets the whole floor wet. The soaps were empty. No staff on site
