Good price and location.

The lack of a customer service ethic at the front desk when I appeared. negativity. Stubborn attempt to deny the legal right to Ada with service animal and the front desk person raising its voice at me arguing with me and threatening with me. I chose to leave not knowing that it was posted when I booked by Tahoe accommodations which has shown me a history of such behavior and I had to walk away in below freezing temperatures in the dark which caused me to have extremely cold legs in spite of wearing very warm winter leggings and a jacket and gloves and a hat and I was suffering from exposure when I got to a motel for twice the budget but at least I was welcomed with dignity a clean room with a heated bathroom floor and no rebuttal no arguments no raised voices no threats.

Great location and value!

The heat never worked, it was a thermostat on the opposite side of a built in fireplace, we adjusted the thermostat but, the fireplace never came on. It was the only source of heat. Judging by how it was mounted on the wall, I suspect there was no connection between the two. Then, it took 10 minutes of running the hot water, just to get luke warm water for a shower. And, the room had a strong smell of curry.

This property was remodeled 12 years ago by old owner. Needs updating. Great for ski access, casinos.

Old and run down, however good for one night. However, the rudest most inconsiderate human beings were outside our doors until 5 in the morning .. non stop talking as loud as they could and banging. NO ONE did anything about it. They deserve the worst. Horrible people. Someone who runs the place should have done something, in fact we should have called the cops.
