I booked a suit with separate living room space, however was given a standard room. Front desk staff did not tell me this information at time of checking in and gave me the form to sign indicating the room I booked but not given. Overbooked was the reason given when I returned to the checking in area after viewing the room.

KK at the front desk and O’Neal our shuttle driver were kind, helpful and welcoming. The baby crib was great. Everything looks clean and new. Their staff had balloons for 100% cleanliness. It shows. The bottles of water and chips were a nice treat. Our room has a microwave and mini fridge. Thanks for a super stay!

Our room was the last room on the first floor next to the exit door. Not only did we hear the door bang for hours but music from the new bar next door made the night sleepless. We caught a 4:00 AM shuttle to the airport after a sleepless night. The staff was great and the property fine except for the noise.

Good location from airport, nice spacious rooms, very friendly staff, very clean and inclusion of free breakfast added bonus! Only slight complaint was the air con unit in our room seemed very old and was very loud which was not ideal, given we were tired from travels we were able to sleep and block this out but others may not have been able to.
