The room was not cleaned and bed made when we checked in. The house keeping did it while we were in the room. Also the accidental charge got put on and never returned for $75 dollars.

Booked a family vacation. My room had roaches, my sisters room had dried blood on the floor, nothing worked ( microwave, oven, remote for the tvs) we went down to the lobby to get an extra blanket. Was told there wasn’t any…. Worst experience at a hotel ever!!! Will not be going back.

Upon arrival our room was given to another guest, so we got their room. It smelled so horribly bad, we had to leave the balcony door open all night! Will never stay thhere again.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. We definitely look forward to coming back many times in the future. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The facility pool and patio/bar is really nice and I loved it! The room however was not as great. The best was very old and uncomfortable. The couch was very dirty and the microwave was locked shut. The lady at check in was very unprofessional and almost looked strung out. Very frustrating.
