The outside and view were great staff very helpful the rooms could be cleaner with better upkeep

All hotels in Daytona beach that I stayed at had horrible beds that killed my back…. What does a person have to spend to get a good nights sleep??

Our room had not been updated in quite some time. Paint chipping from walls and most all the furniture, tiles missing and kitchen cupboards close to falling apart! Leak in kitchen, the stove sparked, bare minimum kitchen utensils/cookware, zero storage containers. Only one out of four light bulbs were working in the bathroom. Pillows were extremely thin and pullout bed was very uncomfortable. You definitely get what you pay for here. I’m a grown adult and felt like I was on spring break! On a positive note, pool area and the beach were nice and staff was friendly.

The property is well located being able to walk to restaurants close by.

This is 3rd or 4th time staying here. Overall, very pleased, and will stay again. Only thing is, it’s half hotel, half condo. It has pots and pans, but no dish soap or dishrags. My compliments to the bartender/cooks at tiki bar who were always pleasant when ordering. Reasonable burgers and chicken baskets for 10$.

Staff was Great, beautiful pool and ocean view is awesome, room was cozy, very clean and bed was very comfortable. Drinks at the tiki bar were great.

The checkin policy should state that the rude front desk girl will only let you use the credit card you used when making the booking. There was no hot water the first night. There was no products to clean the dishes.

The room smelled like dirty underwear . The curtains were torn. The carpeting was damp and musty smelling. The walls were thin and you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you. I would never recommend the Hawaiian Resort Hotel to anyone……except the homeless. They may enjoy the comfort and serenity. This is not a joke this was an honest evaluation

If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I absolutely would. This was the most DISGUSTING room I’ve ever seen. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. There was hair all over the bathroom, including clumps of what appeared to be someone’s leftover beard trim on the floor, toothpaste around the sink and hair in the drain of the shower. When I complained to the front desk they said they would contact me for a refund and to no surprise, zero call. This place should not be running.

The rooms were not very clean. Plus you had no housekeeping service. You had to bring your used towels to the front desk for an exchange. And we had NO hot water in our shower. You had hot water at the sink but only cold showers. I will state that the staff I did having interactions with was wonderful.
