The location and that’s it .

This hotel is so dirty , I cringe the whole stay . Blood on the walls , dusty air vent , dirty carpets and showers

The best location at the beach and the simple room layout with the bed next to a room-wide sliding glass door, also the private balcony, mw & small fridge/freezer

It is a little worn down but very acceptable for the rates
