"Will not come back"

It was a pretty location.

I had to leave a day early due to a family death. I explained it to the front desk. It was before checkout time so it was well within the time. They said that they could not refund due to it already being charged. I paid with cash…

"What a letdown."

The staff was nice and willing to help but I never should have had to bother them to begin with.

The building was very old, only one elevator worked and the other sounded horrible. The carpet in the room felt greasy and there were stains on the sheets. The shower was stopped up so we had to stand in ankle deep water to shower, while showering the first night the bathroom and foyer light just completely went out on me. There was no tray for the coffee pot so I couldn't make coffee. We didn't have any wash clothes and the soap was so small you couldn't even wash your hands with it. The wifi kept kicking me off so I had to repeatedly sign in and verify. The sliding glass door was incredibly hard to open and shut. There was even food left in the fridge from the last occupants. This was our honeymoon, I hate we had to pay so much for such a crappy place. I'll have to remember this for the rest of my life. At least Virginia Beach is beautiful.

"Our stay was awesome and we’ll stay there again."

We were greeted by a friendly worker, her name was Delicia! She always greeted us with a smile and hello, and told us to enjoy our outing when we left. Our room was comfortable and clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were so happy we could bring our dog.
