Comfort Inn Garden City

We usually love staying at Comfort Inn but not here. While the staff was friendly, the hotel is a mess. The beds were awful. The facility needs a major upgrade. This hotel is more along the lines of a Motel 6 than a Comfort Inn. Very disappointing.

This is not your typical Comfort Inn. While the staff was friendly, the hotel is a mess. The beds are awful. The exhaust fans are loud and dirty. The hallways are gross. It needs a major upgrade. More along the lines of a Motel 6 than a Comfort Inn. We were very disappointed.

it was dirty, first room had ants all over, changed rooms and was still dirty and smelled bad

Dirty from outside, repairing walls inside. Early in the Morning wasn't anybody at lobby front desk for at list 40 minutes. but room was clean.

easy to get to and out of, great location I understand that it was on need of a inside face lift it would of been nice to been aware that was going on .. and I made sure that it had a pool that was important to me, and it was not in service that was despointing to me

The floor we stayed on was being remodeled, however it was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean and well maintained. We lacked water the first day, due to repairs however the staff was on top of letting us know when it was back on.

The parking lot to the front door was a little icy due to the weather. So maybe a little more salt. Otherwise our stay was very nice.

Exhaust fan in the bathroom was coated with dirt. Shower handle was loose.. Droopy shower curtain. Location a little bit tricky to enter.

they cancelled my boobking and I did not get notified

Plumbing issues, door wouldn't shut and lock, A/C didn't work, stains all over the bathroom walls, place looked very old and worn.

You need to get the card reader on the back door working or replaced!!!!!
