The Location Other The Entrance Sign is Super Small and Hard to Catch While Driving at Night

I Didn't Like - ( I never complain however I need to get this off my chest especially after spending three nights) 8/30 - 9/2 1. Broken Sink (I have a photo) 2. Was never asked if we had a nice stay, or I would have told them up front 3 Broken/Cracked Dresser 4. Curtain fall off 5, AC not working correctly 6. Cockroach/cricket in bathroom 7. Dust Webs up on the Corner near window 8. Dirty hall carpet 9. Our keys didn't work on the second day had to go back down to desk

Great stay!

My only complaint is that my wife got a spider bite and is dealing with that right now at minor emergency.

The hotel was super nice, very warm pool and due to unforseen circumstances with another hotel they were super accommodating and even let us check in early

Landscaping needs work. Lots of tall grass/weeds and dead bushes. Room is clean, but smells faintly of smoke (non-smoking room) and neither TV works in the suite. One comes on and we can see the picture, but we can't change the channels. The other one has no picture or sound, just closed caption.

Breakfast was pretty good as long as you got there fairly early when the hot items were fresh.

The property was run down and dirty. There was trash in front of the hotel in the canopy area that no one bothered to clean up during my two day stay. My room smelled musty and was very humid. Not surprising i woke up with a headach both nights. I left an unopened growler of beer in the fridge when i checked out and called two hours after leaving and asked the desk to check for it which they said they would. I though great until I went back to get it and was told that there was nothing left in the room. Someone else is enjoying the local craft beer I purchased.

Our room had sopping wet carpet and very dirty.
