The Argonaut Hotel in San Francisco could not be better positioned for everything you need to do on a trip where your limited for time, we had an absolute blast here, having travelled from Australia and this being the last stop for us we wanted somewhere to relax and be able to take in all of the famous sites around San Francisco, at the same time as have everything close by to enjoy, including a great restaurant and bar. The hotel and the team did not disappoint. The suite we had was absolutely spectacular, the hotel staff were polite and accommodating at all times, we highly recommend The Argonaut Hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. A special mention to Sharon, Angel, Louis, Ruben and Joahanna who went out of their way to assist with additional requests. The Argonaut Team were top and the hotel deserves a 5 out of 5.

Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and San Francisco area, but he also went the extra mile by sharing helpful insights about our onward destinations in Yosemite and Napa. His friendly and personable manner made the entire planning process a joy. Thanks to his thoughtful recommendations, we’ve now booked all our accommodations for our July 2026 tour — including one of his suggested hotels — as well as several excursions and restaurant reservations. Tony is a true gem: a wealth of knowledge wrapped in charm and charisma. Fabulous location On the end of the strip with everything you would ever need wether it’s food, drink, souvenirs or tour tickets or just people watching. Room was well equipped and a comfortable bed but let down by a really dreadful view despite being an upgraded room Bar and dining area is a little too dark for our liking Breakfast was great and in the main good service. Strange that T spoons are not placed on the table with your cutlery and you always have to reach out to ask for one to stir your morning tea or coffee
