Easy, clean and helpful

My trip, I was excited to get to the hotel so we could relax my 17-year-old grandbaby and I. We had trouble with the TV 📺 We had to keep the A.C. at 62 degrees just to get to keep it. Cool. I like the front office note about the TV and the AC they told me they were going to set the maintenance the next day. Never came out open the window shade.How to keep everything dark when we turn on?The lights We had a hurry up. And turn off the lights, staying the dark. So, keep the room cool when I told the front. Desk again about it. They offered to move me to another room. But I told the ladies why you wanna move me when I'm about to check out. I tell her or maybe you should give me an extra night for free. Or. To remember me Something The lady set no I come to Deer Park. I try to get hotels caused by my family. This is the second time I've got a different hotel in Deer Park of the sinistry and been very disappointed.

I do not like the fact that I never can affect the AC. My room never got clean. I had garbage powder done I had to ask for tiles, after messing with the TV for a good while we finally got it to work but I paid for I should not have to go through all this. I should have been able to have a nice comfortable room. Not being in the dark to cook at coal. I shouldn't be having trouble with the garbage getting towels. They should have been there and clean for the time that nights 3 days. And no one wants. Can we pick up the garbage? I had to go get towels trash bags myself.

Felt like a new facility. Very clean overall to include the room and restroom. No odder at all in the room or building and kept up very well.

The young lady at the front desk was polite but didn't offer any information. I had to ask several basic questions. Where should i park? Where is closest entrance to my room? Where is the elevator? Where are the nearest restrooms? Where is the breakfast room? Where is the ice machine? Where is the pool?

Remolded and very convenient to where I needed to go. Clean and comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a wonderful job.

As always it was amazing! Only bad thing was there was a soccer team staying and was making noise but the staff took care of it super quick and handled it well! I even left behind a tote bag and called the hotel, they were very nice and held it for a family member to pick up. There was alot of up grades and remodeling done since our last stay, looks and smells clean and fabulous!!! Our favorite hotel!!
