Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Cincinnati/Sharonville

Elevator did not work and hasn’t for some time. How do they get their equipment up there to clean ? My tougher is they don’t. Hotel needs a full remodel.

I had to call down to the front desk at least five times between 11:00 and midnight because people were screaming and yelling above us on the third floor and the front desk did absolutely nothing about it It went on until 2:00 in the morning and then started again at 7:15 It was extremely uncourteous and I was a huge fan of the property up until yesterday

The sheets were clean. No housekeeping. Hookers were walking half a block away. The sofa had not been vacuumed in quite a while. Only place I could actually sit & feel clean was the bed. I thought it was no smoking room, but the rooms around us were clearly all smoking rooms and I was getting high from the pot smoke for 2 nights. They do have nice laundry room available which was clean. The pool was being used and the guest children appeared to enjoy it. Staff was nice.

Great price, but you get what you pay for. For me the location was perfect for what I was doing that weekend, but the room itself was very outdated. I slept pretty well - no patrons really at the hotel so it was very quiet - but 1 night was enough. It was pretty run down, the breakfast was meager, staff was very nice but definitely a budget hotel. I wouldn’t take my family there but for me staying one night it served its purpose. Located near I-75, a few restaurants around but not much else, which is in no way the fault of the hotel.

It is very quiet and peaceful. Clean rooms , just wish they had cooking equipmenr in the rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. Love staying here.

They was friendly i love it

The lobby smelled like weed when we checked in, but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

It looked nice and clean but the room I got had bed bugs other than that I would give 5 stars
