Hot tub wasn’t working! My grandson loved the pool.

Horrible experience. Got woken up around 1 am to what I thought was something that looked like a mosquito bite itching on my leg. Looked more around me in the bed and found a tiny bed bug and when I continued to look around found 2 full grown ones climbing around and multiple little ones on the crease of the head board. Went to the front desk to let them know what we found and they moved us rooms at 2 am. Went to the front desk in the morning to say we wanted a refund and to cancel our second night because at this point I was disgusted and wanted to just leave and they claimed they went and looked and “didn’t see anything”. Wouldn’t give us a full refund, they said they could cancel the next night and give us a discount price(50$ off, still had to pay over 100$ for a bed bug infested room) for the first night and that “it would be different if they found something”. I showed him the pictures of the ones we found and the time stamp on them and he still didn’t seem worried about getting it taken care of at all. So heads up they have bed bugs that everyone should know in that line of work is hard to find when you’re looking for it in the day time and aren’t going to get it treated so avoid room 224 and any one near it if you decide to stay here. Pictures will be attached.

The hotel was in shambles. The room smelled of dirty dog. The pool area was dirty and the hot tub was not working as stated in the hotel description!

There wasn’t staff, you had to call for them to check in. The room had a smell, bug blood on walls, deadbolt to room did not latch, and hot tub was broke which was a main reason to choose this hotel.

Room had an overwhelming smell of mildew, had to ask for a clean blanket, tub drain had to be propped open, shower curtain stained yellow, TV picture was basically unwatchable on most channels, hot tub still out of order & full of green water. You leave this environment feeling dirty.

The gentleman checking us in was plesant, but that was the only person we saw, even at breakfast there was no one. We went swimming, the pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was out of service. The breakfast on the "warmer" was cold. It was sausages that looked like they had been sitting there for 5 days. The toaster had no knobs, so that narrowed our breakfast choices real quick. Beds were not comfortable but not horrible either. All around it was ok for a quick stay, I would not stay for longer than a night.

Very nice atmosphere - very clean. Good selection for breakfast. You could add bananas though. Special thank you to Brayden . He was the night shift clerk. He made sure every one at breakfast was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very respectful young man.
