"Pleasant, Quiet place to stay near Field of Dreams."

Desk clerk was very pleasant and and helpful. Hotel was clean, quiet and had all the amenities you would need. Just a basic place to sleep that they had a table in the room with two chairs. We were able to play cards with our friends in a separate room just by bringing two chairs over that’s nice.

Fire alarms at 0600- staff burned breakfast. Rude staff, no apology. My son opened the main doors to offer ventilation. Your staff was clueless!

"It was a decent day just not impressed with some of the things that need updated"

It had an elevator

The pool temperature was cold. The Jacuzzi tub water was extremely slow. The hot tub was down in the pool room. Need to update the books in each room because we were late to breakfast. They tried to check us out at 7:30 in the morning and checkout time is 11 AM. Staff needs to interact more with the guests.

When I checked, in the young man at the from desk set the tone for my stay. He was very friendly and helpful! My stay was quiet and uneventful!
