Food that should’ve been served hot was cold Ie: biscuits and gravy… Not all outlets for charging devices worked. USB outlet's broken No bottle water for coffee maker in the room Tv picture was fuzzy No Hot tub/closed. Read a post that it’s been over a year since last open
