Great place to relax, convenient location, good sized rooms. Definitely staying here again.

I found the property a little run down. Room looked a bit old. Some sheets were torn. The room was on the smaller size.

Clean and safe

Not the worst place in the world to stay, rooms are pretty nice, but the service is absolutely horrendous. The front desk lacks any hospitality experience and are out right rude. Unless you’re a Marriot gold/ platinum member don’t bother coming in before 4, they will make you wait until the clock strikes 4 to hand you the keys. Even if the room is available you will be made to wait while other “members” get their keys. I just wish they were upfront about their checkin policy, instead made us wait in the lobby for three hours.

The Pros: helpful staff. Easy parking. Easy to access luggage carts. There are ski lockers, which we didn’t use but which looked helpful. The Cons— and big caveat— applies to lower level floors and the small villa rooms. Do NOT reserve a small villa room unless you have no better options. The layout is not good. And there’s an adjoining door to the next room— which would be good if you’re a large party and reserve both. But for us, what it meant was that we could hear next door neighbors very easily. We opened windows because the room got stuffy and the noise from street was loud. The solution was to pull out the box fan that was in the closet for “white noise.” This made the street noise tolerable. But all in all, I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again unless I’m on the top floor and in a larger room.

Great location

We loved everything about this property. We immediately felt at ease and comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Slept like the dead. We got a full suite and it was very well appointed. We also really enjoyed the amenities including the indoor/outdoor hot tub and sauna and steam room. I mean this property had it all. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the 1-bedroom villa. Plenty of space for four people, and the location was great - right across the street from the ski shuttle bus stop and great views from the rooftop hot tub. Our one complaint is that the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove and the hotel couldn't provide a hot plate (although they were kindly able to give us a crockpot).

Separate bed room, full size fridge, convenient to restaurants, free bus system to ski area, hot tub on roof.

Noisy street outside of room, noise from highway near by, a bit dated, not a full kitchen, no restaurant options in hotel.
