Nicely located facility with very friendly staff.

There is no breakfast included and a “ full kitchen” doesn’t have any way to prepare a breakfast. There is only a microwave. As soon as we arrived they closed hot tubes indoor and outdoor for a summer maintenance. There was no room service although we paid the day rate.

Big surprise...No air conditioning I was shocked when we checked in last week, July 10 to learn that the hotel does not have air conditioning. The rooms have ceiling fans and extra floor fans available, but one also needs to open the windows to get fresh air which leaves one vulnerable to noise and air pollution/allergens. Another surprise: no breakfast available, not even coffee ! Not a good value for the money.

No air conditioning. You have the choice of closing the windows and staying awake all night due to the heat, or opening the windows and staying awake all night due to the noise- I-70 traffic, car horns and alarms, dogs barking, party goers, etc. Winter time I’m sure the hotel would be fine. Summertime? Not so much.

I loved that it is easy to walk to almost everywhere you want. Eating, drinking, fun, etc. Parking is nice in most of the properties too.

Lots of activities. Great sized room. Nice to have laundry in the unit,especially when staying for a while. Good location close to Vail without having to be IN Vail.

It is dated (think early 90s) but clean and well maintained. However, having no A/C in miserable. Even if the temp is only 75 with direct Colorado sun a room will heat up to 90. The windows in the bedroom only opened 1 inch so there was no. "cool mountain breeze" or "nature's A/C". Also in the Summer when you have open windows you have full sun at 5am. You'll also get to enjoy your neighbors smoking. I would stay here in the Winter but not May through September. I don't need to pay to feel like I'm camping. Anyone who tells you you don't need A/C in the Vail Valley in the Summer is delusional.
