"Hard to make meals in a studio unit. "

Currently remodeling. They are removing grills from the deck of units. So if in a studio there is no oven, no stove, and now no grill. Better enjoy microwave tv dinners. No longer a useful place to stay. Everything else is fine, but meals are usually an important part of timeshare.

The construction going on at the property, made it difficult to park, among other things, and distracted from the experience. I understand the need for the renovation, but it would've been nice to know that that was going on before I booked the room.

"Enjoy the mountain air since there is no AC!"

Great location and great amenities. We only wish we had known there is no AC in the rooms. As a result, you’ll have to leave window and screen door open and use fans. It works until the guest(s) below start grilling and the fumes come into the room. In the small villas, they probably should have put in a 2-burner cooktop for breakfast. Fans were okay, but almost went to Home Depot or Walmart and bought a portable AC since we drove…..🤔

"Unbearably Hot in the Warmer Months"

The hotel is in a wonderful spot. The room was very clean and layed out very nice. We have stayed there 4 times now but always in late fall to early spring and never even considered an air conditioner. This trip, we stayed in late summer and were shocked to find there was no air conditioner. Even though we opened the slider and window, it was HOT. We ran the ceiling fan in both rooms and a provided floor fan. That helped a bit but my wife and I got little sleep due to the heat. If you like it warm/hot than you should not have a problem. We will stay again but never in the warmer months!

"Hotel is okay. Some positives but also several negatives."

The 1 bedroom suite was spacious. Decent swimming pool area. Fans provided.

Room facing front is somewhat noisy due to roads and people right under your windows that need to remain open to cool off room. Price is high for what you get.

Big and clean suites including bathroom, kitchen, balcony with bbq. Me and my family absolutely enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. Highly recommended. I will definitely book more vacation Villas in future.
