Hilton Lille

The shower tray in our suite was not draining fast enough. At times, it was almost overflowing. We made a complaint to the reception staff and were assured that it would be rectified, but sadly it was not.

Se trata de un hotel de una cadena internacional, en ese sentido es un poco impersonal, pero es cómodo, confortable y limpio. La decoración moderna y serena. La habitación y el baño de tamaño adecuado, incluso grande. El personal voy educado y amable. Se encuentra junto a las estaciones de metro y de tren, por lo tanto voy bien comunicado. La relación calidad precio excelente

El único inconveniente por así decirlo es que está a unos diez o quince minutos del centro de la ciudad.

Check-in staff member was very welcoming and professional. The room was very nice and spacious. All staff we encountered were warm and helpful even at busy times.

There was no hairdryer in the room and nowhere to sit at a desk or vanity table which for two women was a bit of a nuisance. Breakfast was a little disorganised (no staff to greet us and quite a few empty dirty tables) also the food was running low - if we had of come down 30mins later it would have been different as it was resolved by the time we left but we had to be somewhere so we couldn’t wait any longer.
