I just wanted to say thank you so much to all the staff, and especially Abdel, at the Hilton Lille. As a solo woman traveler, I’m always a little nervous when visiting somewhere new, but Abdel was incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive throughout my stay. I’m widely travelled, and I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a hotel. The hotel itself is spotless, in a great location, and literally right in front of the train station, which made everything so convenient. Thank you again for making my stay in Lille such a positive and comfortable experience.
