Room comfy water hot quiet location

The car park was out the back and open but we weren’t sure if vehicles would be secure.. all was well but it’s very easily accessible and open They are extending - it didn’t affect our stay at all but there could be disruption if workers are on site Overall comfy room and staff make this space special

Noisy during the night (room was close to street), breakfast available in room but only one chair (second is very wobbly), no separate table
