shower cubicle is mouldy. close the shower door and clean the floor from the inside. also the floor in the bathroom near the corners wasn’t the cleanest. other than that it’s a lovely place. extractor fan wasn’t working in the shower room.

Too bad there is no breakfast served (we were informed of that). That would really add to the experience.

Lovely staff, easy check-in, lovely room. The restaurant, which is a separate entity, was great. Food was above expectation.

I missed the bit about an in-room breakfast. It was ok, cereal choices. Pre-packed croissant. We would have liked a cooked breakfast. If it is in-room provision we needed more than 3 PG teabags and more than 1 nescafe sachet. There was jam but no butter or bread to put it on. I don't need jam on a chocolate croissant. Could do with a dimmer switch on main bedroom light, or a softer lightbulb. One more socket by the dressing table could give space for another lamp and easier access to use hair dryer by the mirror. Just ideas, not a complaint. Love the decor and comphy bed and lovely soft towels. Thank you!

Very comfortable and well-appointed room. Big bathroom. Code access system worked flawlessly.
