Excellent accommodation value for money . In a nice Setting . Staff on arrival friendly and informative.

Beautiful small family hotel only half an hour from the centre of Edinburgh. The room was so welcoming. Very smart and extremely clean. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly stay there again in the future. Thanks again Carly for the wonderful stay.

La chambre était propre le restaurant est bon . Seulel chose quand il est noté petit déjeuner compris en fait c'est un petit déj ds la chambre des produits emballés. On a bien dormi malgré la proximité de la route. Pour une nuit c'était suffisant pour le prix.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean

It would have been nice to have been able to have a proper breakfast. We were offered a continental breakfast in the room, but did not want this. Went to nice cafe a mile or so down the road. Also, there was a small window on one wall with a blind that did not work. There was a very bright light outside the window, which was quite intrusive.

Friendly atmosphere, staff helpful friendly and polite. The restaurant food tasted fresh, tasty and delicious.

The only thing is that they're not open on Mondays, so you need to pre-plan what you want to do for meals on that day. If you have breakfast included (continental breakfast only), you will have to arrange to have it given to you on the Sunday. I did not find this trivial though.

Comfortable, clean, polite staff and free parking.

On main road and out room was at the front so could hear toad traffic throughout stay.
