Spectacular! Loved this resort. I can’t wait to return. So relaxing. Our room was beautiful. Staff is top notch & super friendly. The views are unmatched. My only critique is it’s a bit difficult for seniors & those with limited mobility & better lighting would have helped with this. Wonderful vacation at Jakes. Highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful unassuming property. First time here and we will definetly be back! Good food, quiet chill vibe stayed in cockoles down and looking forwaed to trying another suite next visit!

This property is an awesome property to stay on . The property is very rustic , the cottage is just simple and has a lot of charm . Your in a peaceful environment . The staff is extremely pleasant . I would go back multiple times . I have no complaint . My stay was pleasant and worth every penny ….

We really needed a vacation and this is a great place to get away from a hectic work life. The Octopussy (honeymoon) suites are fantastic, located right on the ocean. So we fell asleep to crashing waves every night. The staff is so courteous and friendly! The housekeeping team is A !! The only down side is that the beach is a bit rocky and there's no really good place to snorkel. Definitely not a place to bring snorkel gear, which we did. Otherwise a nice place. Oh and bring lot's of Jamaican dollars, the ATM on site never seems to work. The WiFi signal also is bad.

Everything about Jakes was wonderful, but the staff made the stay wonderful and special. From the front desk to security and the dining staff ,was accommodating, sincere and caring. We lost our suitcase at MBJ airport, Chemarie went above and beyond and got our suitcase back. We will be coming back, this is a special place. Five stars for everything.
