The staff was very helpful and areas were nice.

The hotel charge in local money and the difference from the price booked is about 40 dollars, which is not fair. Also the first room assigned was not renovated and maintenance was poor. We had to request a room change, then they give us a renovated room.

One of the worst if not the worst all-inclusive hotel/resort I've ever been. Horrible staff. FOOD WAS AWFUL, they do not have a lot of buffet options, and they make it imposible to get restaurant reservations. Stayed with my family 40 of us at the Presidencial suite, few of us have to complain about the ac, took us to call like 10 times and go to the lobby 4 times for them to fix and end up switching the room. My brother in law wanted to upgrade his room and pay for it and they couldn't fin the reservations it was made right there. It took them 2 days to help him. It's crazy how you want to spend more money on them to get a better room and they make it so imposible for the client. They close buffet and restaurant at the worst time. They don't do restaurants reservations on Sunday, they only open the only 2 buffet restaurants they have. So much stuff I can say but it's really sad I went with family and all of us 40 members feel the same about this resort. Will never go and will never recommend it. Almost forgot, transportation is a joke, they have a bus coming around every 50 minutes, everything is far and super hard to move around.

La primera noche , no tuve aire ni abanico después que se fue la luz , y reporte y quedaron de mandar un técnico, esa noche fue pésima, ya que abrí las ventanas y me acabaron los mosquitos añadidos a la calor

The staff was great at breakfast and lunch. The food was not what expected. It was just basic.

The pool was dirty it was always had a bunch of plastic cups. The key pad from the room wasn't working they came twice to be able to fix it. It was annoying I wasted my time waiting for them to fix it. The light went out in the morning a couple of times. I requested a crib to my room and they never delivered it the hold time I was there. I never experienced such a bad experience in resorts before this was bad.
