It is indeed the villa shown in the photos, but the apartment is located at the back of the building, and the one we stayed in was in the basement—something not clearly stated in the description. This means you're essentially staying in a cellar, with small windows placed high up and limited natural light. Otherwise, the amenities were decent, though the sofa bed was more of an emergency option. Overall, a peaceful place, but the listing should clarify the nature of the apartment more accurately.

It was not clearly stated that the apartment is located in the basement. Because of that, it was rather dark, with limited natural light. We're not sure how comfortable it would be during the summer months when good air circulation or air conditioning is essential. One thing the apartment lacks is proper storage space—there’s no real wardrobe or enough room to unpack. Seating at the kitchen counter is minimal as well - with only two bar stools provided. The check-in instructions could have been a bit clearer. A simple message with instructions via WhatsApp would have been much easier than the rather complicated phone call (also faster). That said, the place was very clean, relatively modern, and overall it was a good stay.

Luxury facilities and near great garden.

Basement smell somehow is a little worse because we stayed during raining days. But a dehumidifier is available.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent. The location was on a quiet side-street very near the large park in Dresden. Easy walk to the tram to get to the old town. We liked that there was parking for our car.

The "bedroom" was only partitioned off by curtains. The sofa bed where our daughter slept was literally the sofa, so not that comfortable for her with cushion cracks. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, though.

the location of the villa is great. it is very easy to get to the center. the owner is very friendly and caring. parking is private on the property and all very quiet at night.
