In a great location, had everything we needed and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the continental breakfasts.

A minor issue where the auto lights in the staircase didn't stay on long enough at the top of the stairs which meant going down the stairs when it was fairly badly lit.

The location is excellent and allowed easy access to all the places of interest. The hotel was quiet, the staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but lovely.

The windows in the bedroom were a little crafty.

The old building and location, lots of character - our bedroom floor sloped, as did the wardrobe! Breakfast (pre-request dairy free before arrival) Decent hairdryer Comfy bed Sitting outside with a drink and watching the world go by (it's opposite the castle and a real sun trap)

The stair lighting - needed to stay on for much longer.

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Jest w samym centrum skąd blisko jest do morza jak i do pubów czy restauracji. Jest również gdzie pospacerować, główna atrakcją oczywiście zamek. Hotel bardzo przytulny, czysty. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Sam pobyt uważam za bardzo udany.

Lovely location, room - clean, recently decorated, bathroom clean, newly updated, shower - great. Bed - a little hard, but ok. Breakfast - continental - fresh fruit, good choice of cereal, yogurts, croissants, chocolate-au- pains, toast, Jamie, marmalade, ham and cheese slices. Service - excellent and attentive.

Bed was horrendous for BOTH me and partner. Not a wink of sleep. Windows were very loose rattling all night
