InterContinental Cleveland by IHG

Very impressive customer service, clean everywhere. I would always stay at an IHG facility when I travel!

We stayed at this hotel because our daughter was having surgery at Cleveland Clinic . Hotel very clean , staff friendly , very convenient . Only complaint I have is that for a luxury hotel the beds are very uncomfortable

This hotel is the number 1 top best hotel in the whole state of Ohio , the management and their wonderful staff r real pure true holy kind good caring blessed people 🙌 ❤️

Excellent experience... friendly and professional staff, comfortable and clean, spacious room. We've been coming to this hotel for the past six years and it's always great.

I stayed because my husband was in the Cleveland Clinic ICU, the hotel was so convenient. I could be to his hospital room in about 4 minutes and never had to go out in the cold snowy weather. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. They had a wonderful exercise room. We ended up staying for a few weeks and I was able to get a little movement and work out to help with the long waiting! The staff was very accommodating and kind.

The location was perfect for our visit to The Cleveland Clinic and our room was large and comfortable. All the services were on time and very well done. We had all amenities needed or close by.

the place is very nice and very convenient to the Clinic, however when family members are going to be with family patients it is a bit expensive. There was a strange noise, mechanical or water rushing, not sure. The whole place was very clean!! Rooms were nice and roomy, the service was spot on. The bathroom was well supplied as was the main room, the only thing I wish they had was a fridge. The atmosphere was nice , it was calming.

Had not stayed at Inter-Continental before but would certainly recommend. Rooms very clean and expansive. Quiet environment and very courteous staff.

Beautiful, but need better parking for handicap to use close so you don’t have to pay for parking

Excellent hotel. Easy to access Cleveland Clinic via indoor bridge. All staff were courteous, kind and helpful at all times. Food - both in restaurants and in room dining - was excellent, way above normal for most “hotel food” (and we travel a lot!). Many thanks for making what could have been a tough trip for medical help so much more pleasant. This is our second stay at this hotel in the past month (4 nights each time). I never write reviews but this kind of exemplary service demanded a thank you above and beyond our verbal thanks. ❤️
