"Top Notch Quality Stay"

We were there in January 2026, for Cleveland Clinic appt. and really enjoy the friendly hospitality and quality customer service and support we recieved, so when husband's surgery came around, we knew we wanted to stay again. The Valet gentlemen are great, and always so helpful with our luggage, and insightful with information about surrounding area, amenities, and making sure you recieve top notch service. Bernadette at the 14th Floor Club lounge, is an absolute jewel. We really love and enjoy coming to stay with you all. Thank you for all you do.

"King Room on high floor totally worth the money. Decent location for getting around town."

Property is very clean and quiet. Our room was perfect and the staff was great!! Hotel bar was very nice. Self Park is $12 and a short 5 minute walk across the street OR you can walk a covered bridge and it takes longer (10 min?) because of elevators / steps and not a straight shot.

"Best place to stay for a Cleveland Clinic adventure!"

So fortunate to have a very nice hotel so close to the Cleveland Clinic! Only complaint is there was one woman at the front desk who seemed to have a very surly attitude with everyone every time I encountered her.. All of the other employees were so friendly and accommodating.

"top notch hotel"

This is my 5th stay at this location it is conveniently attached to the Cleveland Clinic where my husband was having surgery the restaurants have delicious food and the cafe provides breakfast and lunch then table 45 is available for drinks and dinner the room is always fresh and clean and the staff at this hotel are wonderful from the valet parking to handling your luggage to the room service to the cleaning of the room
