Bedrooms were clean and tidy, and beds were comfortable, lots of local amenities close by.

The, showers leaked over the floor, as the water didn't drain away quickly, and weren't as clean as we would have expected. Dishwasher is full of mildew and smelled. The fridge was also smelly but we cleaned it before using it with the cleaning products under the sink. bottom banister was loose.

Staff were very helpful & nice to deal with. Beds & sheets were clean, plenty of space, house was warm.

Only one key for the property, Mattresses very basic, Area was less than desirable, House itself was mostly clean but could have been cleaner, One of the shower drains was clogged.

Leaving it

Showers were dirty and had hair in the shower tray and the water struggled to drain away. Kitchen utensils were all dirty. Beds had hair in the sheets. Stains in carpets and some of the floor downstairs near the toilet was unstable. Holes in walls where someone’s punched them perviously and not been repaired.
