Easy access and good location with parking.

Big house. Lots of beds

Communication was a little confusing in run up

Close to city centre. Plenty of beds. Asda a short walk away. Plenty of takeaways etc nearby.

Nearest bar a good 20 minute walk

Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.

Location was ideal not to far from city centre, Lots of rooms for us all and space. Beds were decent to sleep in, comfort wise. Living room was nice. Large rooms for space wise.

Showers wasn't very clean or fragile bathrooms. Fragile chairs in dining room so didn't want to sit on them. Table was dodgy too. Out the back and front wasn't very clean. Kitchen wasn't the cleanest.

The staff were very helpful. Any issues were quickly resolved (such as people arriving earlier and being welcomed). When contacting them to let them know the dishwasher had stopped working they offered to send someone out ASAP. All very much appreciated! At the end of the day it's a warm, clean place to get some sleep for big groups of people.

The property is in dire need of TLC. Holes in the walls, clean but mouldy showers etc... Essentially this place was a cheap base due to people not being willing to pay more money - boy did they get a fright! The area isn't exactly amazing but that can't be helped by anyone.
