VENTANA NHA TRANG HOTEL

시내에 있어서 위치가 좋고 놀러 다니는데 짐도 맡아주고 직원들이 친절해서 좋았습니다. 비행기가 늦게 도착해 다음날 시내를 돌아다니려고 하루만 머문 곳인데 가격대비 조식도 양호했어요.

Perfect location near everything . Amazing staff. Clean and safe . Everything you need in a hotel .

Initially booked in for 2 nights but enjoyed the hotel so I extended by another 3nights, Excellent rooms,excellent shower,excellent beds and pillows and excellent breakfast price wise you can’t really beat this hotel I expect to be returning to nha Trang sometime later this month and I’ll be looking to stay here again

When you enter fans are running so it feels cool, but when you head to your room hallways are left without air running, and rooms are not cooled down before arrival. I felt itchy from the pool, water looks murky not sure if it is cleaned out. As we had a family trip all our rooms were booked on different floors and we booked three rooms in total. My room I could not call out to other rooms and was told it doesn't work when clearly the phone was when tried and called from my parent's room to our room. When I showered first night water went from warm to lukewarm to cold not sure why, in the end the best part was the food for breakfast, I was disappointed with the gym, it's extremely small. I'm not sure how anyone can work out in such hot heat. We extended our stay in Nha Trang, but had to rebook with somewhere else. For the price pay a little more you are better off elsewhere if you plan to stay long. We stayed 2 nights in Ventana and another 2 at a different hotel, am so glad we did. The experience was totally different. Will only be back if for a quick stay. The place is convenient to go out for food, which is nice.

Hotel staff are very helpful, we were able to check in early which was great as we’d just got off a night train. Room has good lighting and was spacious Close to many good bars and restaurant, and the beautiful beach Rooftop pool is glorious!!!

Breakfast very basic. Could order fresh eggs with was the saviour. Bathroom set up not quite right, big flooding issue every time we showered.

Good location.

Far more expensive than other areas of Vietnam. Hotel reception tried to keep passports. This is no longer a requirement from what I know and hotels should accept a photocopy. Buffet breakfast was not operating on the first morning as there was limited guests. This was not communicated prior to arrival.
