VENTANA NHA TRANG HOTEL

Great brand new hotel and in a great location. Its not in the heart of the beach nighclub section which means you can have some quiteness at night. The staff were very helpful and knew us by name. They greeted us everytime which was lovely. Spacious room and bathroom and very clean. The pool was amazing and stunning view. The kitchen closed at 9pm so if you wanted ice you could not get. The fridges also didnt keep the drinks cold. A little hard to find as its new and google maps didnt find the address properly. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and enjoyed our stay.

This is a fantastic hotel with all the amenities, a great location, a lovely rooftop infinity pool with a magnificent view, and top-notch service. I had a big problem: I realized on arrival I had left a lot of money in various denominations, as well as credit, bank and other cards, in the room safe of my previous hotel in Danang. Ms. Thuy, the manager, was on top of it immediately, contacting the other hotel and arranging for an electronic transfer of the converted money, and the cards to be sent by courier. And she refused a monetary token of my appreciation, saying it is her job. All the staff was wonderfully welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, the air con whisper quiet, lots of English and other western stations like CNN, BBC, France 2, DW, on the TV, blow dryer, hot water in the shower and bathtub. It is in the center of the beach area, a short walk to the beach, full of restaurants and convenience stores, yet very quiet inside. Breakfast is a great buffet with a good selection of Asian and western foods. My one minor disappointment is that, like all Vietnamese hotels and many others elsewhere, they have very full, plump pillows which I do not find comfortable as a side and stomach sleeper. I would definitely stay here again ad recommend to others.

Wonderful! Clean, new, lots of light, good design, big windows, great bed, spacious bathroom. Everything works (water, safe, lights, internet, TV, curtains, phone). Hotel must have recruited excellent staff from other hotels, because all employees were perfect at their jobs. Free breakfast had over 40 selections. Three minute walk to the beach. 50 meters from the bus stop to go to the airport (Dat Moi yellow bus, clean, fast, very cheap).

The staff here is so kind and accomidating. Always helpful and smiling. Rooms are nice and clean. The only thing was gym. Really no working equipment. Sauna and pool were nice. Breakfast was average, but did the job. Excellent location. Can walk everywhere.

Location is close to. Night market and beach. And the rooftop swimming pool is amazing by its view and cozy facilities there. The breakfast is nice. Anyways, everything is nice there!

The newly opened Ventana Nha Trang Hotel is the Gem amongst all the hotels around the city. Spacious and Bright Lobby gives you a Welcoming feeling. Our Check-in was flawless with a Smile. The Hotel staff escorted us to the room and on the way explained all the inclusions and facilities we can enjoy during our stay. The moment we entered our room we were just WOWED by the spacious and well appointed room. Our room had large windows overlooking the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang. The bathrooms are fully equipped and spacious. To our surprise the bathroom had Bath Tub . And to mention the hotel believes in Saving the Planet and we did not find the Single use Plastic toiletry bottles. Bathrooms are equipped with Soap and Shampoo dispensers . Once we settled we went to explore the Swimming pool at Level 22 with a panoramic view of the city. They do have a Fitness center at same level. Breakfast is served at Ventana restaurant and to our surprise they open at 6:30 am ready to welcome the early risers. We had our Tour pick up at 7AM and we lucky to enjoy our breakfast before we left . The breakfast has a good spread of Asian and local cuisines. While you are exploring the buffet lines don't forget to order your Omelette. Well experienced , Friendly and Caring staff . Over all an Excellent Experience with the newly opened Hotel. Loved IT , Lived IT , Enjoyed IT

This is 1st time I come to Ventana hotel. Really amazing. I had a nice room with a great view. The service & staff is absolutely brilliant, always smiling and always polite. Pool is lovely. The decoration is very beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for a fantastic relaxing stay. Highly recommend Ventana Hotel to all.

I feel very lucky to find this newly opened hotel in the heart of the city and actually stayed there for three nights. Everything was just excellent! Staff is very friendly and caring and you feel so welcomed!! Rooms are super clean and well equipped! On the top floor with amazing view there is a nice steam room and pool. Will I come back to this lovely hotel? Yes yes yes!
