Atlantis Executive Melaka by I Housing

Homestay are ok, clean n neat. Just the security there the entry and parking arrangement need to get more improve. Car park there also very dark, and not much signboard and we'll planned(clearly califry) for entry/exit.

What a joke. The apartment was disgusting. Minimal furniture. Wall paint was delaminating. Curtains falling off rail. Balcony furniture rotting. Bathroom floor covered in soap scum. Old dirty bedcovers under kitchen sink. Bed stank. We burst into tears. Wifi access was detailed on a sign near the tv, but the password wasn't correct. Because we checked in late into the evening, and didn't have a means of identifying alternative accommodation, we slept in our clothes on the bed, and departed as early as we could the next morning, foregoing our (paid for) second night. Worst experience we've had in more than ten years of using on-line (sight unseen) hotel bookings. Yuk

I liked the pool, the small cafe and the grocery shop at the residence. The property was clean and spacious.

The registration form via agent is not an easy to fill up &!taking so much time

Below average standard for the amount paid. Poorly maintain unit.

Spacious apartment. Fuss free check in/out. Some things in the apartment are broken, but the stay was excellent.

Stayed for a night, I would give a satisfactory rating. Glad that I only stay for one night.

it was awesome area..check in smooth. everything was good..and clean! the aircond remote did give me some problem. but i did fix it and they are very attentive . basically replied everything you ask in a very short time. Helpful i would say! make me feel like home.
