"Could be alot better"

Quite a hassle to book before arriving. Need to fill out forms and send multiple documents which was annoying and had to keep prompting them to give me info how to check in. Quite dirty on arrival and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Bathroom sink blocked (which I unblocked myself). Lots of unnecessary stuff left in the condo...like several routers. If they're obsolete, dump them! The bedroom curtains were hopeless for blocking light in the morning. TV channels non existent and couldn't watch anything except Utube. Swimming pool and sauna need to be pre booked

"3D2N stay"

Great. The unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms max 7 to 8 ppl. Important it is not stuffy when we first walk into the unit. Had good sleep. Management do provide mop and floor cleaner. Plates, mugs, utensil, frying pan too. For muslim pls bring your own purification soap (sabun sertu) To me the building is clean and there's crowd. Hope management can maintain the cleanliness of the building and all units for better stay. Thank you ihousing team.

"My First and Last for this accommodation"

1) only 1 room and 2 lift cards for total of 11 guests 2) dirty kitchen utensils 3) registration form only send 6hrs before check in and not as metioned 24 hrs 4) room was dirty and trash was not cleared when check in Overall experience: very bad
