Hôtel l'Elysée Val d'Europe

Great hotel for a trip for disney. Really clean hotel. Rooms are a reasonable size and beds are very comfortable. The 2 bottles of water in the fridge are handy and even better was the boxes of water which meant could just refill bottles rather than having to go and buy more water. RER right over the street as is huge shopping mall, which was absolutely rammed on a Sat evening. The shuttle buses were spot on as well and we never had any issues getting on it at hotel or coming back from Disney, it just doesn't run for a few hours in the afternoon which is probably fair enough. The bar area is nice. Around 14 euros for a pint and a glass of wine. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Found the wee bakeries etc in the area not to be that cheap and was actually better value at Starbucks over the road. Would stay here again if we return.

After much research of the hotels surrounding Disney I chose this one and am glad I did. Friendly staff, comfy beds, bathroom etc. Great parking with plenty of spaces at the hotel itself and included in the price! It's opposite the Val De Europe mall which was mental busy but great to nip to food places inside and Auchen the supermarket. The RER train station is just round the corner so it is all easy. Would recommend and stay here again! Saved like £500 staying here than in one of the disney hotels. It's so close we nipped out of disney for a rest and went back for the fireworks etc. Only slight negatives was TV would not pick up any tv signals only like 2 channels and the kettle was a bit tricky to use. A great stay all in all.

This is a lovely hotel with welcoming staff. It is very clean and the premium rooms offer 2 double beds. It is very close to Disney and the shuttle service is excellent. It is also a stones throw away from the train station and shopping centre too. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good because of the close Location to a trainstation an the free Bus to the parks, Good Location for your family If you are on a trip without a car.

Hotel located across the road from shopping center which leads out to La Vallee Village (luxury brands outlet). Also close to Disneyland Paris and offers a free shuttle for guests. Clean room with modern furnishings. USB ports next to bed. Rituals products in bathroom and thick fluffy towels. Not much space to put clothes/toiletries in bathroom (under sink seemed a bit weird and inconvenient). Some tiny bathroom edges showing a bit of soap buildup but not at the icky stage yet. Casks of water are provided next to the lifts for guests to refill water bottles which was appreciated. Also option (check conditions) for guests to forego room servicing in exchange for €5 to spend at the bar.

Fabulous stay! Perfect location to visit Disneyland. Free shuttle bus service just across the street. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were clean and beds were comfy. Amazing selection for breakfast. I would stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

Good hotel located in a great area for Disneyland Paris. It offers a free shuttle to the park that operates several times throughout the day. Sophia on reception was very welcoming and friendly which started off our stay great. Room was clean and tidy, lacked a few extra amenities IE tea and coffee mugs. We asked for extras in the room which were all done with ease and all ready for us upon check in. Good value for money.

I stayed here for one night in 11/11 with my wife and 3 year old, the night before we went to Disneyland Paris. I absolutely loved it. Location: across the road from a massive shopping centre and just down the street maybe 5bminutes from the train station. Its perfectly placed for all you needs Atmosphere: amazing in one word. Friendly and welcoming, the place felt so lovely just to walk in. The surrounding streets were beautiful. The hotel itself was modern and lovely. Rooms: very spacious! Two double beds in ours, both usb and abd c ports by the bedside made charging devices easy. Lovely bathroom. Nothing felt cramped or cluttered. The windows were incredibly sound dampening, and you couldnt hear the outside at all. The sound level in the rooms was incredibly quiet as well. The beds were so comfortable. I usually dont sleep well in hotels due to the beds and pillows, but I barely heard my alarm these were so good. Service: the staff are absolutely amazing. It was mine and my daughters first time out the country and our whole families first time there. They saw how excited my daughter was for disney and they matched her energy, they also gave her a box of chocolate marshmallows with the disney hotel on it. Every staff member was very very polite as I passed them even. We left in a hurry in the morning and I forgot a t shirt there, they emailed us the next day and said they could ship it back, for a small fee, which I was happy to pay. I honestly thought it would be gone forever. Price wise was very affordable. And they even waved the early check in fee for us. As a disney partner hotel i expected to pay more, but it was very reasonable for what you got. Im so sorry I didn't get the names of the ladies on the front desk, when we arrived (11/10 roughly 12ish) but please know you made my family's first time abroad start wonderfully and you deserve praise. We would definitly stay again and are planning to incorporate staying here the night before disney when we go again.

We spent 4 nights in this very nice hotel situated in Val D'Europe and very close to Disneyland and the shopping centre and a 2 minute walk from both the bus and train station. We were welcomed and checked in by a lovely receptionist named 'Hanae' who was most helpful and friendly and who spoke to us each time we passed her to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. The room was excellent with a cooler for drinks and snacks, a safe along with everything else that was needed. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast there which was nice and had an exceptional meal at the restaurant in the evening which was very reasonably priced and served by an extremely friendly waitresses. The hotel is very clean and extremely comfortable with very friendly staff along with a nice bar and restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely visit it again.

Visit Disneypark and when you come back enjoy the great shower en sleep comfortable on the wonderfull bed. Everything is taking care of.
