"Will never ever check for rooms with Best Western again."

Nothing. We didn’t stay

I called in advance to check on parking. We showed up and the back parking lot was under construction. Absolutely no parking for my boat. My brother in law showed up an hour early and checked in. The man at the front desk let him check my children into a room they had no authority to check into. Complete different name than what was on the room. Because they already checked in and left to go shopping would not refund the room.

There was no human employees to be found when I was there. There was AI at the front desk to 'check' us in. Not what I expect or want when booking hotels/motels. Will not book this property again.

It was a fair price very good size room the shower was great really liked the shower doors ..breakfast was very filling and the location was near the Lava River Cave which I did go to and once was enough for this old dog

Proximity to Flagataff

No clerk at front desk when we checked in. The checkin kiosk wasn’t working since the internet was down. Totally unacceptable

L'hôtel est propre et situé a une distance raisonnable du grand canyon.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h et il manquait une chambre sur les 3 réservées. Nous avons ete accueillis non pas par du personnel mais par une hotline connectée en visio qui ne voulait rien savoir. Malgré la confirmation reçue en cours d'après midi la chambre n'était pas disponible j’ai du partager la mienne avec une autre personne.
