The girl at the front desk was great.

Tv was not working, ice machine not working, no pancake or waffles at the breakfast bar. A virtual check in.

The room was quite comfortable

The breakfast was not very good, it was slightly disappointing for a best western

Offered bunk beds in the suite. The morning shift reception, Leandra, was very pleasant and helpful.

There were no fire alarms in the building. Only virtual attendant after first shift, leaving the building with no one on site to help. Bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable to sleep on.

If you are looking for a motel that places its guests last, then this is the place for you. There was no working TV, nor a working internet service (As advertised). Nor were there plastic drinking glasses or even a bar of soap in the room. Registration was automated, through a kiosk where you spoke with a gentleman via video. He was extremely difficult to understand and you had to hold up your ID for him to view. He continually apologized for taking so long and again later when you asked him for help getting the basic necessities for the room. There was NO STAFF ON SITE who could help a guess. We were told that the manager would call us. This never happened. In short, if you are looking for a full price room, whose only amenities are towels and a small clean bed, then this is your motel. If you are looking for just the tiniest amount of respect as a guess then choose one of the other numerous motels.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. The location was perfect for what I needed. The staff advised us that door dash delivered to the hotel and that was great tip because I wouldn't have thought that they would that far out of Flagstaff.

The lock on my door was broken. They fixed it but it took several trips. The ice machine on our floor was broken and I couldn't find another anywhere. I went to the desk to ask but there wasn't anyone around at 5:30 pm. I was also going to inquire about my TV as it wouldn't turn on with the remote or the power button. The parking situation was dismal for anything but a car. I was going to a sawmill in the area the following morning and had a pickup with a big trailer. The hotel has zero trailer parking and there was already a tour bus and a Uhaul with a car in tow creatively parked. After having to back out of the parking lot I was able to utilize a strip of medium next to the dumpster. Breakfast was pretty bad. Coffee machine was broken. Pancake machine was broken. Yogurt dispenser worked but the spout was broken and made a mess when you used it. Toaster was probably on its last legs as it took forever to toast a bagel.

Je suis arrivé à 20h, réception par écran interposé, chambre payée depuis 2 mois, confirmation envoyée par l’hôtel le jour même par mail, et on m’annonce que je n’ai plus de chambre ( surbooking) Je dis que je ne comprends pas, on me répond que l’on n’y peut rien et qu’il y a d’autres hôtels à 20 minutes. Je demande à parler à un manager, on me répond que ce n’est pas possible. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel car en plus l’environnement est minable, une station service et un macdo et c’est tout. Si vous voulez manger, il faut reprendre la voiture et faire 20 minutes de route.
