Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa

The girls at the spa, Marlen, Laura, and Norma were awesome. Marlen greets and walks you through the process in the sweetest most welcoming way. Laura and Norma have amazing hands and work wonders.

This was our 4th time staying at this Hotel. The location can’t be beat. We traveled to Marina Fiesta as a group of 18 for a business trip, and every one of us had an amazing experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The dining options were fantastic, we had the all-inclusive package and there was plenty of great food choices to keep everyone happy. The staff, though, truly made our trip unforgettable — they go above and beyond in every way. We’d especially like to thank Ricardo Alberto and the two wonderful waitresses who greeted us with smiles every morning at breakfast. Their service was top-notch. We also want to give a special shout-out to Rowdy Leonel at the concierge/valet desk. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The only thing that could have made our stay even better would have been if the second pool had been open — it seems it’s only available during the busier season. Even so, our overall experience was excellent, and we would absolutely stay here again.

It was a great day. I stood here in September and will be headed back in November. People were friendly. The place was clean.

Ricardo was very attentive & recommended drinks & food! Food & drinks were great! Would recommend to friends! 10/10!!!

Ricardo is doing a great job at the pool bar. Doing the all inclusive package is the best way to stay here. Great restaurants along the marina.

We had a great experience because of two people in particular, first was Alexis the security guard. He was so cool and very helpful on giving us good places to eat and to party, then we would like to think Anel She helped us check in and gave us great advice

Staff was friendly and the pool area is great. Close to everything in the downtown area. Rooms are in need of a refresh. The air conditioning system is frustrating. The fan never shuts off and it blows right on the bed. We had a few issues with bugs. Overall it was fine for our stay because we weren’t in the facility much.

Ricardo is by far the best server. He is always looking out for his customers. Very attentive and caring. Lotta respect for his work, thank you Ricardo!
