"HORRIBLE!!!!!!"

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could give a zero star rating I would. When I booked on another travel app NOWHERE was it mentioned that I'd have to pay a $100 deposit. When I was sitting in the lobby trying to transfer funds to my bank account they told me I would have to pay a $150 deposit. Shortly after that, I was informed that no, I would have to actually pay a $200 deposit. They absolutely REFUSED to accept anything less. Then informed me to leave immediately (the entire time I was calm and not threatening) or they would call the cops. $140 non-refundable booking down the drain.

When I checked in, there was hair all over my bathroom floor, on the tissue box, in the shower and sink. Someone else's shampoo was in my shower. When I went to take a hand towel off the rack, the rack fell off the wall in pieces. The AC didn't work in the gym and the pool was green.

"$150++ a bit expensive for s great western in a small town but it was a nice property and clean."

Location

The room we were in had roaches and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The AC wouldn't stay on and the pillows were flat. For 300 for 2 nights I expected better.
