Best Western Club House Inn & Suites

We didn't eat the breakfast, but it smelled good.

It was clean

On the first day, we saw housekeeping and told her no service, just exchange towels. The second day she skipped ANY service entirely - not even towels! So I wasn't happy about that. I had to go get clean towels. Also - breakfast was the SAME every day - no variations.

Hello everyone so me, my husband and our dogs are traveling to Georgia from cali so we stopped here at night to get a little rest , and when we went in to check in we had to pay a deposit which I already knew I had to do , so I paid the 100 dollars and then he said something went wrong and can I try it again so i did. And he ended up charging me an extra 100 dollars , then I told him hey u charged me and extra 100 dollars and proceeded to tell me I don’t know what to tell you , that’s between you and ur bank. Okay cool I said thank you okay I will just call my bank when I get up in the morning . Then we get up this morning and there is a mouse in our room my husband had to scare it out the room because my dogs where going crazy I try calling the front desk off my phone and there phone and they do not answer , then I proceed to go to front desk, and the guy tells me he can’t do anything for me until pest control come and I was like wdym can u give me my money back or at least half because that is crazy ? He proceeded to say ma’am I can’t do anything , so I will Be disputing all charges from this best western , mind u we stayed in 2 other best westerns the day before in another state. And everything was perfectly fine they were so nice and didn’t cause me any trouble. Just wanted to let this be known if u stay here

Room was large and adequate. Coffee maker had no pot; hairdryer was broke; shower was dingy and needed sprucing up. Breakfast was ver average with few healthy option. Coffee was bad.
