"Great Breakfast and cozy room"

Always love the breakfast and the closeness to town. We stay here quite often when we come to Mineral Wells. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

The sink faucet handle was broke but they did fix it. There was an old coffee bag left in the machine in our room.

Have stayed here for many many years and find it always a good place to stay. This time the mattress wasn't up to par. But will stay there again. Need to clean up the butts that are all over! This was new this time.

"It’s okay, but next time I’ll definitely find another hotel."

We liked the jacuzzi in the room. It worked and felt amazing. The location of the hotel was great too! They had great parking.

When we first got there, the first room we were given had a bug in the jacuzzi tub and the front desk lady moved us and apologized. The next morning the front desk guy was rude when I asked for two new room keys as I left the one in the room. He was not friendly and that made the morning disappointing because of the attitude. The beds were not comfortable at all. They need better pillows and new mattresses.
