Convenience to facilities

The first room smelled like a dirty wet dog. The second room’s door did not lock. The bathroom smelled dirty. CHEAP toilet paper.

We had originally tried to stay here but they were sold out. So we stayed next door which was a hotel from a horror film. We called and ask if there was a cancellation. There was and they accommodated us! It was a respite. The hotel is dated but clean and functional and safe and welcoming. Best Western armed a customer for life w the life line the receptionist threw us !
