Casino Queen Hotel

People screaming and fighting in the hallway close to our roomoff and on most of the night.

Check in was great! Property is dirty. Elevator is filthy. Amenities are run down. Carpet looked like a crime scene took place. We had water in carpet from toilet running under tiles. Bed was actually comfy. Needs major upgrades!

Staff was nice, but the property needs updating.

The Shuttle to the Ballpark was great!

Towels were nice and smelled clean,bed was comfy, secure building

On a Monday food was hard to find so had to drive into St. Louis. There was no breakfast on site. No room service

The room carpets were very stained.The toilet rocked so I was surprised that it didn’t leak. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but very few are to me. So that wasn’t a surprise. The casino was next door so that was nice and convenient. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and when asked about some dining options that had some good suggestions. If asked if I would stay there again probably not. I think the next time I’ll stay on the west side of the river more downtown area.

The refrigerator in room did not work. Also the water did not get hot in the shower and the water coming from shower head was horrible. It came out either hard blast or a single hard stream. Showers need to be upgraded badly. Also the card in the room that list the available toiletries are not accurate . Half the things listed are not available

The Hotel over all is good great location and view to the arch. Rugs definitely need to be changed and update.

The restaurants were excellent. That said, the rooms were very dirty and old, the pictures were very misleading. Also, the pictures of the gym and pool are misleading.
