The tv had no reception, the ac was locked so you couldn’t adjust the temp and suffered thru the heat, the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the walls. The bed was comfortable

Very very disappointing hotel room. Terribly stained carpet. Cheap carpet that could be easily replaced. Old, damaged toilet seat. Again, could be replacrd with a $35 or $40 seat. Other small imperfections throughout that seem to be just plain laziness to not address and create a completely different atmosphere. The room and hotel are pretty clean dispite this.

There wasn't anything wrong with the stay, it just seemed like a crash pad for people visiting the casino next door. The carpet in the room felt and looked like it could use a deep cleaning. I was thankful we were able to check into the room early. The training station is just a short walk from the hotel. We stayed he while seeing a baseball game and visit the Arch.

It was convenient to visit the Gateway Arch. Next door to the casino. Staff was great. The only negative would be the carpeting was stained. Needs replaced.

This was an excellent place to stay for my family to attend a Cardinals baseball game. The shuttle to and from the stadium is extremely convenient and free! Plus, we were able to make a bet before the game and collect our winnings after. You can tell that the hotel has made some upgrades, but the rooms are on the older side and really could use some paint and new carpets. The casino is clean and secure. No smoky smell with a nice food court.

Carpet in the room was FILTHY! I don't think it has been shampooed / cleaned since it was installed; it also had stains and tears. Commode was not secure. It wobbled while being used. Lost water pressure in the shower halfway through my shower. Had to go outside the hotel to get to the casino
